The five-piece band released a new song just a little while ago about being “cautiously optimistic.” This one started off as an at home project for Michael Goettler who was in self-quarantine after coming back from a trip to the United States earlier on this spring. After posting the song on Facebook and receiving positive feedback, he worked on the final recording with bandmate Eric Barager.
Goettler and Barager grew up together in the same neighbourhood in Belleville. The two most significant bands they say they’ve been in were the “Sands of Time” and “Bentwood Rocker.”
Joining them as apart of Bentwood Rocker are Steve Smith, Barry Haggarty, and Dan Thompson.
