Kingston Health Sciences Centre has issued an update this week, as Ontario’s stay-at-home order remains in place.
KHSC notes that “accessing health care services remains an essential activity.”
Residents should address all urgent health concerns and emergencies during this period.
“Our priority remains providing acute and critical care, including scheduled outpatient appointments that continue as usual at this time. If a booked clinic appointment needs to be rescheduled, then the patient will be notified directly by the physician’s office,” wrote staff.
Clinic patients can complete a COVID-19 screening online before their visit. It must be completed up to four hours before a clinic appointment.
