5: Conor Gains – Light Shine In
- This is the lead single from the Toronto artists new EP “Three,” released yesterday.
4: Kandle – Honey Trap
- The Vancouver artist moves down two spots in her third week on the countdown.
3: Twin XL – Slow Heart
- LA trio moves up two spots in their second week
- “Slow Heart is about the internal dialogue between your head and your heart and the idea that it’s impossible to love if you are unable to love yourself,” said lead singer Cameron Walker-Wright.
2: Arcane Ghosts – Butterfly
- The Brampton group moves up one spot in their third week on the countdown.
- “The song is about seeing things from different perspectives. Some people choose to see things the way they want to see them, but we don’t always understand the other person’s point of view, especially if you’re working based on assumptions. People can sometimes see things in themselves or in others that they believe to be true, but aren’t necessarily accurate,” said lead singer Jason Diaz
1: Girl In Red – Serotonin
- Has Completed the hat trick in the top spot
- Norwegian singer Marie Ulven co-produced this song with Billie Eilish’s brother Finneas.
- It’s from her upcoming debut album that will be released on April 30th.
