
Hastings Prince Edward Public Health has announced a number of walk-in clinics for this week.
Staff have tweeted out that the following clinics will be available for teens between the age of 12 to 17.
Wednesday, July 7 and Thursday, July 8th:
- 9:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. at Loyalist College
Friday, July 9
- 9:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. at Loyalist College
Friday, July 9
- 10:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. at the Bancroft Legion
- 9:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m. at Loyalist College
Prince Edward County has also announced today that a walk-in COVID-19 vaccine clinic will be running at the Rotary Club of Picton Hall. This clinic will take place Wednesday, July 7th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Local residents age 12 and older will be able to get either their first or second dose of a COVID-19 vaccine at this clinic.
Staff say that the Prince Edward Family Health Team is hosting the clinic, in partnership with the County of Prince Edward.
Those who wish to go are encouraged to be prepared to wait. Bring lots to drink and a lawn chair. If you want to sit in your vehicle, you can with a ticket in hand until your number is called.
