CDC Quinte calling for donations

The Community Development Council of Quinte continues to encourage local residents to donate, so we all can play a part in combatting food insecurity across Hastings and Prince Edward counties.

All this month residents are being asked to donate what they can, as apart of CDC Quinte’s Food Fight Fundraiser.

Here’s the impact that CDC Quinte had last year:

• 32,582 Vegetable and Fruit Bags distributed throughout the region.
• 4,477 Good Baby Boxes were distributed.
• The Community Garden Program has 127 raised garden beds.
