Hastings Prince Edward Public Health is moving back into the arena at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre.
The recreational complex in Belleville has been the mass vaccination clinic for the region. The health unit currently is running their vaccine clinic in the gym.
The City announced today, that with more people becoming eligible for COVID-19 booster shots and increased demand, health care workers will be moving back to the Family Dental Centre Arena.
The ice will be pulled and the move will happen next week. The larger space will allow more appointments to be booked.
City staff will be reaching out to groups who had the arena booked out.
