The Easter Bunny has some sorting out to do today.
The recall impacting the Kinder brand of chocolates has now hit Canada.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is reporting that several products have been linked to a salmonella outbreak over in Europe. No illnesses have been reported in Canada, however the European Centre for Disease Prevention believes that about 134 kids have been sick.
The list of products being recalled for possible contamination in Canada include Kinder Surprise, Kinder Surprise Miraculous, Kinder Mini Eggs, and Kinder Egg Hunt Kids. The best-before-dates are listed between June 19 to November 29.
Families are encouraged to throw the products out or return them to the store .
