The Quinte region will be welcoming a new family doctor in the fall.
Docs By The Bay has announced that Dr. Owen Kavanagh will be settling in the area. He will work out of the Belleville-Quinte West Community Health Centre. Dr. Kavanagh will create his patient list from the Centre’s waitlist.
Patients will be contacted directly by the team if they have been selected.
Dr. Kavanagh is from Courtice and has been working in Beamsville since 2018.
He is the 13th physician that the Docs By The Bay program has recruited in the last four years.
