Families across the Quinte region are waking up to lots of fallen branches thanks to yesterday’s storm.
Power is still out in some parts of the region after a violent storm came through yesterday just after 3 p.m. There are no reports of tornados. Hydro and City crews continue to help clean up the mess today.
Hastings Prince Edward District School Board has announced that Susanna Moodie, Harry J Clarke, Kente and Queen Elizabeth schools in Bellevillle are all open today.
Queen Victoria School is closed today due to lots of trees still being down.
