Residents in the Bancroft area will have to plan ahead on Sunday.
Hydro One has scheduled a planned power outage starting Sunday at 7 a.m. Crews will be installing new equipment. The power will be off for about six hours for roughly 1,000 customers. The lights should be back on by 1 p.m.
Southeast of Bancroft that day, crews will also be shutting the power off during that time in Faraday and the Bowmen Corners area.
