The City of Belleville will be holding a New Year’s Levee for the first time since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Staff have announced in a statement today, that Mayor Neil Ellis and Council will be welcoming everyone to the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre on Sunday, January 1st.
The free event in the gym will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and feature balloons and face painting for the kids.
