Prince Edward County continues to encourage residents to get vaccinated.
The County will be holding COVID-19 vaccine clinics on the following days at the Prince Edward Community Centre in Picton.
- Tuesday, February 14 – 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, February 28 – 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, March 28 – 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Walk-in appointments are available at the clinics for everyone over the age of six months. Appointments can also be made online or over the phone by calling 1-833-943-3900.
County staff note in a press release, that the Prince Edward Family Health Team is encouraging people to get a bivalent booster. The team notes that the targeted vaccine increases protection over 40% more compared to earlier boosters.
