91x walked with Loyalist College in this afternoon’s Belleville Santa Claus Parade, and it’s safe to say the parade was a complete success!
There were over 60 organizations in this year’s Santa Claus Parade, with this parade marking its 25th anniversary in Belleville. Like last year, the parade began at the old Belleville fairgrounds near Tim Horton’s at Bridge & Sidney Street and finished at Bridge and Herchimer Street near the Bay View Mall.
The pre-parade activities were a TON of fun this year, it was the first time post-COVID that the rotary club of Belleville had live reindeer at Robin Jeffery Park! it was a fun attraction for all-ages to get people in the spirit of the holidays.
As always, Santa was a part of the parade, delighting children and adults alike. 91x was one of the first to start the parade, and that made us one of the first to finish, too. We pulled in to the Bayview Mall at around 6:10 p.m.
Belleville isn’t the only city in Quinte that is having a Santa Claus parade! Next Sunday, the 26th, is the Trenton Santa Claus parade. It starts at 4:30 p.m. from Centennial Park, and if this parade is anything to go off of, it’s definitely something to look forward to!
Keep it locked here at 91x for more info on that, and everything else Quinte, coming very soon.
