This week on “Campus Conversations,” international student Roya Shafai joined us.
She grew up in Afghanistan and competed at a high-level in Judo. Shafai was forced to stop that when the Talban took over in 2021.
Through the non-profit group, Women Leaders of Tomorrow, she has received a full scholarship to study Fitness and Health Promotion at Loyalist College in Belleville.
