Hospice Quinte has released the following statement this week.
“Hospice Quinte is proud to announce that it is once again holding its Eastern Ontario Caregiver Expo from 9:00am-4:00pm on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at the Ramada in Belleville. The event will bring together local healthcare organizations, businesses, and social service program providers who will educate the public on the diverse services, products, and resources available to local caregivers.
“We are very excited to bring back the Eastern Ontario Caregiver Expo for its second year,” says Petra Lepage, Hospice Quinte’s Executive Director. “It’s an extremely valuable event for anyone who provides care in any capacity and we’re proud to be able to organize something so important to the community.”
Vendor spots for the Expo sold out fast, and there will be over 50 businesses, groups, and organizations in attendance to help caregivers find resources in their community as well as connect with other caregivers. As well, we will have several speakers discussing topics related to healthcare and the services they provide.
