Our latest episode of For The Record, features a new local band.
We first learned about Third Time’s A Charm back in February, when they opened a sold-out show for Kingston band, The Wilderness. Third Time’s A Charm formed thanks to Harmony Lounge and Music Club. The non-profit offers a variety of programs for youth throughout the week. They are based at St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church in Napanee. Teens outside the town are welcome.
Ryland Murray from Belleville, was recruited to join Third Time’s A Charm. The lead singer and guitarist has fit right in! Third Time’s A Charm won first place last month at the Battle of the Bands contest in Kingston. Our interview with Ryland and Brock from the group, was recorded just after that big win and the release of their debut single, “Fading Innocence.”
Just this past weekend, they won the Battle of the Bands event in Napanee.
