Last week, the band went from opening for the Rolling Stones in California, to headlining night two of Empire Rockfest in Belleville. Their latest album, Blame My Ex, has been shortlisted for the Polaris Music Prize this year.
Lead singer Jordan Miller issued the following statement about their new song:
“Recently I’ve had the pleasure of falling in love with a very complicated person. This song – takes one to know one – is about exploring my own culpability in the messy parts of my new relationship, something I wasn’t really capable of doing until now.”
