The Bay of Quinte Regional Marketing Board has released the following statement this morning.
4th Annual Best of the Bay Campaign Launches
The Bay of Quinte Regional Marketing Board has launched its 4th Annual Best of the Bay Campaign. Voting is open now until September 8 for businesses on the north shore of the Bay of Quinte in the communities of Belleville, Brighton, Greater Napanee, Quinte West and those who are members of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte.
“Each year since 2021, we’ve launched our Best of the Bay campaign to give a platform for celebrating all of our amazing local businesses in the Bay of Quinte region,” says Dug Stevenson, Executive Director of the Bay of Quinte Regional Marketing Board. “Last year we had over 3,000 survey entries and we won’t be surprised if this grows again this year because we have so many community champions in the region who love to prop up our small businesses.”
Each individual can vote up to ten times for their favourite businesses in over 60 categories within Food & Drink, Shop or Service, Regionscape and Art & Culture, with each entry getting them a ballot into the draw to win
gift cards to spend at their choice of the winning businesses: a grand prize of $500, 1 prize of $250 and 5 prizes of $50.
Keep an eye out all year long for the winning locations across the region, who receive a Best of the Bay decal to display proudly on site. Voting is open now until midnight on September 8. Visit bayofquinte.ca/bestofthebay to cast your votes.
