Our guest this week on Campus Conversations is Chef Karin Desveaux.
She is a professor at Loyalist College in the Culinary Arts program.
Chef Karin joined us to talk about how different it was for women working in fine dining restaurants in the 1990s. She also provided an update about how the Market and Nourish have been doing since the big renovations.
The Market is open to the public to purchase items made by students, on Thursday and Fridays from noon to 3 p.m. Nourish is open Thursday and Fridays, for lunch at noon and dinner at 6 p.m.
