The Trenton Golden Hawks will skip the quarterfinals tomorrow, and head straight to the semifinals at the Centennial Cup.
The OJHL champions are at the top of Group A at the national junior hockey championship in Calgary, which features ten teams. Trenton has three wins and one overtime loss.
Trenton was able to earn a bye, thanks to the Grande Prairie Storm defeating the Northern Manitoba Blizzards 6-3 yesterday.
Eight teams are left in the championship.
The semifinals games will be on Saturday at 6 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. EST.
