Starting today, we’ll see more of a Canadian Armed Forces presence in the broader Quinte region.
The Department of National Defence has announced that the Canadian Special Operations Forces Command will be conducting training exercises right through until June 27th.
Residents will see military vehicles, uniformed and non-uniformed personnel as well as aircraft. Noises may be heard all apart of training.
Training will take place here in Belleville, over in Quinte West, Prince Edward County, Stirling, and Tweed.
