Quinte West OPP have released an update about a single-vehicle collision last night.
Emergency crews were called to Highway 2 east of Montrose Road in Quinte West around 6:45 p.m.
A single vehicle collision had occurred.
The OPP state that the 6o-year-old driver from Quinte West was sent to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
He was the only person in the vehicle.
Quinte West OPP are now looking for witnesses and dashcam footage.
