It is not even 8 a.m. and it already feels like 30 degrees Celsius with the humidity!
The cooling centre is now open daily in Trenton until Sunday, June 22nd.
Residents can get some relief from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at the Duncan McDonald Memorial Community Gardens. Quinte West activates the cooling centre when we have two straight days of 31 degrees Celsius or higher, or if the humidex values push things above 35 degrees Celsius.
