Belleville has launched a pilot parking project.
Free overnight parking is currently being offered at the city’s Riverside Central Lot. There will be 10 spots dedicated to the free parking project until September 26th.
Drivers can register their vehicles as of 5 p.m., on the day they wish to stay overnight. Registration can be done on the HotSpot App or through the QR codes posted in the lot.
