The City of Quinte West continues to encourage residents to support local businesses amid the U.S. tariff dispute.
Shop local buttons are currently available at the Quinte West City Hall, Frankford Municipal Office, Trenton DBIA office, and Quinte West Chamber of Commerce.
The free buttons will also be at select local businesses.
“Every pin is a small way to make a big impact. By picking up and proudly wearing a Quinte West ‘Shop Local’ pin, community members can help promote the importance of shopping at a local business or buying from a local company. These everyday shopping choices are important investments in our local economy,” said Luisa Sorrentino, Economic Development Officer with the City of Quinte West, in a statement.
Residents are encouraged to wear a pin proudly, take a photo, and use the hashtag #ShopLocalQuinteWest.
