A 97-year-old pedestrian from Prince Edward County has died following a fatal collision last night.
Prince Edward County OPP have announced, that emergency crews responded to the collision between the pedestrian and SUV around 5:30 p.m., on Rednersville Road.
The incident took place west of Weese Road.
Police add that the pedestrian died at the scene. The person’s name has not been released. The driver of the SUV was not injured.
The road re-opened to traffic, as the investigation continues.
