The old Belleville Police Station has an official date with the wrecking ball.
Habitat for Humanity Prince-Edward Hastings has confirmed this week, that the building on 93 Dundas Street will be torn down starting September 9th.
The organization plans to build a 66-unit housing development on the site.
The initial plan to renovate the old police station, proved not to be unfeasible, due to the age and issues already in the building.
