The organizers of Belleville Downtown Blues Festival have issued an update ahead of the two-day event in September.
The free event will take place on September 5-6th. The theme this year is dynamite women.
The team will use the Parrott Stage behind City Hall this year to welcome SoulFire on September 6th. The eastern Ontario band will play at noon.
Female blues singers will be highlighted at a show on September 6th at 11 a.m., at the Belleville Public Library.
