Belleville Transit and Loyalist College have adjusted where buses stop at the College, as the full-time support staff strike continues.
Belleville Transit drivers do not cross picket lines, and with that buses have been dropping off students along Wallbridge Loyalist Road, with people on Route 3 having to cross the road.
As of today, only Route 4 will be going to Loyalist and not Route 3.
Route 4, which goes north on Wallbridge-Loyalist Road, will stop in front of the Pioneer Building and just beyond the main entrance on the east side of Wallbridge-Loyalist Road. The adjusts will make it so passengers will not have to cross the road to get to the College.
Belleville Transit says that the stops will be temporary until the strike is over.
OPSEU and the College Employer Council are set to gather today for talks with a provinc- appointed mediator.
