The City of Quinte West will kick in winter parking restrictions as of Monday.
Vehicles will not be allowed to park on any city street, road, or municipal lot overnight from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Winter parking restrictions run from December 1st to March 31st. Drivers who do not follow the rules, may be subject to a fine or have their vehicle towed.
