Lennox and Addington OPP are looking for witnesses, after a coach bus landed on its side, along Highway 401 in Napanee last night.
The OPP add in a statement that just after 7 p.m., the commercial passenger bus landed in the ditch and rolled over in the eastbound lanes in the area of Old Wilton Road.
The bus was carrying 47 passengers at the time, along with the driver. Eight people suffered non life-threatening injuries, which according to police included lacerations, broken bones and dislocations. Two local hospitals received the injured people.
Highway 401 eastbound was closed for approximately four hours in the area.
