Savour the Chill is back!
The Downtown Belleville District BIA’s 18th annual soup tasting contest starts at noon today and goes until the soup runs out.
There are a number of restaurants taking part this year in Savour the Chill. They include: Bourbon Street Pizza, Burger Revolution, Capers, Chilangos, Dinkel’s, Export Grill, Gourmet Diem, Jim’s, The lark, Quinte Corner, The Smokin’ 116 Bistro, and San Souchi.
Starting at noon, head to any of these businesses for some soup! It’s 3$ cash for a sample and be sure to bring your own spoon to cut down on waste.
Just make sure to dress warmly and to wear a mask.
Once you get your soup, you can take a picture of you and your family enjoying the soup, tag @downtownbelleville on Instagram and have a chance to win one of three $50 dollar downtown gift cards!
You can also vote for your favourite soup of the day and help award the People Choice Award for the best soup. There will also be the Judges Choice Award handed out as well.
