Local artwork is featured being at the Belleville Police Station.
The Belleville Police Service has teamed up with the Belleville Art Association to display artwork from 30 local artists.
In a statement today, the police say that the initiative started with six pieces for the grand opening of the new station in September. There is now artwork in three places within the station for officers to see.
The artwork will be swapped out twice a year. Members do have an opportunity to purchase what they see.
The police note that many members have already requested to have more artwork hung.
