The Trenton Golden Hawks continue to make some moves during the off-season.
The Ontario Junior Hockey League team has announced that they have traded Jackson Barnes to the Nepean Raiders and Daniel Beaupre to the Timmins Rock.
Head Coach and General Manager Jerome Dupont notes in a statement that they are thrilled to acquire the latest round of players as they focus on bringing home a national championship.
Dupont and the team will be welcoming back Jake Laville. The forward spent time in Trenton before moving to play for the Collingwood Blues last season.
The Golden Hawks roster will also include Nate Burrelle. The Belleville player has been with the Lindsay Muskies.
The third addition is Jeriah Shantz who is moving over from the Manitoba Junior Hockey League. The Dauphin Kings forward hails from Fergus, Ontario. He won the league title with his team and moved on to play in the Centennial Cup.
