Here’s this weeks Indie 5 at 5!
#5 – Michigander – Stay Out of It
- New music on the Indie 5 at 5! This Detroit-based band, originally from Kalamazoo, dropped this new single last month. They’ll be touring around the states in the coming months, opening for Wilderado.
#4 – Beach Bunny – Entropy
- Dropping down from #2 last week, in their 4th week on, this indie act out of Chicago recently released their second studio album, Emotional Creature.
#3 – Goodnight Sunrise – Wait For It
- This duo from Toronto drop down from the #1 spot last week, in their 5th week on. Their Ontario tour continues in the coming months, with a show in Thorold this weekend, followed by shows in Blue Mountains, Thunder Bay, Bruce Mines and finally, Kitchener!
#2 – Kiwi Jr. – Unspeakable Things
- In only their 2nd week on, these Toronto rockers jump up from #4 last week. Their third studio album, Chopper, lands next Friday!
#1 – Momma – Rockstar
- For their 3rd week on the Indie 5 at 5, these L.A. rockstars claim the #1 spot this week! Their third studio album, Household Name, dropped last month and now they’re embarking on a North American tour, in support of bands like Snail Mail, Waveform and more!
