Multiple thefts were reported to Belleville Police yesterday.
Officers have announced a series of thefts in their press release to the media today.
The first incident noted involves a stolen drone at a store yesterday on Bell Boulevard. Police were called to the store at around 8:15 a.m. Officers were told that a man entered the store and took the drone without paying. The investigation continues.
Bicycles have been reported stolen. Belleville Police have been told that a bike was taken from a business on North Front Street. The bike was stolen outside of the business on Sunday at 3 p.m. The missing bike is a A21 Super Speed cycle. The bike is black with a yellow stripe with Super Speed Cycle written on. Belleville Police are also looking for a stolen GT Comp Aggressor mountain bike. The bike is bright orange with blue detailing. Police note that the bike was stolen from Ridley Street. Officers believe it was taken sometime yesterday morning between 3:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. Anyone with information on both of these bikes is asked to contact Belleville Police.
Finally, police add in their release that a woman attempted to steal items from a grocery store on Bell Boulevard. She was apprehended by security.
