Humane Society of Hastings Prince Edward is launching a $100,000 Matching Campaign.
Staff have announced today, that an anonymous donor will be matching the next $100,000 that comes in for the Last Mile Campaign. The latest campaign started earlier this month. The team is looking to raise the last one million dollars to finish this stage of the new animal shelter on Wallbridge-Loyalist in Belleville.
The humane society also needs to pay back the one million dollar loans from Quinte West and Belleville. Residents will start to see postcards in the mail promoting the campaign.
