Hydro One will be doing some work next month in Frankford and Batawa.
A planned power outage will take place on Sunday, June 4th from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. in both communities.
The lights will be out in two locations:
– Bernard Long Road/McCauley Road between Stockdale Road and Trenton-Frankford Road
– Deer Run Road southerly to Hannah Lane and Zion Road easterly to Cedar Creek Way
Hydro One is asking that everyone make sure their appliances are turned off and their cell phones are fully charged before the shutdown. Residents are being advised to keep their fridge and freezer doors closed to help preserve food.
The following road closures will be in place on June 4th from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
– Mill Street between Pitchers Road and South Wellington Street
– March Street between Maybee Road and Patrick Drive
– McCauley Road between Stockdale Road and Trenton-Frankford Road
Local access will still be maintained.
