The Belleville Downtown District BIA has a new Welcoming Street Coordinator.
The team has announced that Jena Bailey takes over from Sara Behring.
The two have been working together to make sure that the transition is smooth as Behring was the first person in the role. The Welcoming Street Coordinator works with vulnerable populations downtown and business owners. The team helps connect those in need to services in the community.
Bailey is coming into the role having worked in the City for 10 years in the child welfare, corrections, and non-profit sectors.
