In Touch With Quinte – Belleville Mayor Neil Ellis on AMO Conference and Strong Mayor Powers

The City of Belleville has been included in Ontario Premier Doug Ford’s expanded list of cities that have Strong Mayor Powers.

Ford made the announcement on Monday at the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) Conference.
