Full-time support staff continue to walk the picket line across all of Ontario’s 24 colleges.
A province-appointed mediator brought OPSEU and College Employer Council back to the table for talks on Friday. Both sides announced in separate statements yesterday, that after three days, a deal has not been reached.
The College Employer Council claims that the union has set ultimatums, adding that they are looking for a way forward. OPSEU added that the CEC has refused to make any progress on job security.
The strike has been going on since September 11th.
