The Bridge Integrated Care Hub will expand its service hours as of this Sunday.
The team, under the HART Hub Hastings Prince Edward umbrella, will operate around the clock through the winter months.
“The Bridge is about safety, dignity, and connection. By expanding our operating hours, we’re able to give people a warm place to be and the opportunity to access care, treatment, and support that can help them take the next step toward stability. The Bridge is more than just a warming centre – it’s part of a community effort to connect people to the things they need to build a more stable and healthy life,” said Kara Petit, Executive Director of the John Howard Society of Belleville, a HART Hub partner.
As of Sunday, those in need of support, will have further access to meals, washrooms, and healthcare.
