High levels of respiratory illness continue to circulate in the region, impacting local hospitals and patient wait times.
Campbellford Memorial Hospital is the latest healthcare institution to announce some changes to help stop the spread.
Staff have announced this week, that only one visitor at a time will be able to see a patient in the Inpatient Unit. Staff note that the temporary move is designed to help protect everyone.
Face masks will continue to be mandatory in the Inpatient Unit, and will be available at the main entrance.
Visitors to CMH who are unwell are encouraged to stay home, and visit when they do not have symptoms.
