Youth in the Quinte region can get assistance with acquiring identification and employment opportunities.
The Centre For Workforce Development is hosting the free event at the John Howard Society of Belleville on 21 Wallbridge Crescent.
The event next to the Gleaners Food Bank will run this Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. as apart of March Break. No appointment is required.
The team can help people of all ages and backgrounds to acquire the following:
• Canadian Birth Certificates (with fee waivers for those who qualify)
• Ontario Health Cards (OHIP)
• Ontario Photo ID Cards (with fee waivers for those who qualify)
A number of social service agencies will be on-hand to help people with employment supports and training opportunities.
