Prince Edward County has announed that they have appointed Patrick Howe as the new Fire Chief.
County staff say in a statement yesterday, that Howe joined Prince Edward County Fire and Rescue as a volunteer in 2012.
Before his work in the fire service, Chief Howe spent 15 years with Hydro One.
Howe takes over from Tim Kraemer, who has been serving as the Deputy Fire Chief.
