Hospice Quinte will hold their Hike For Hospice event this Saturday
The walk from 9:30 a.m. to noon at Centennial Park in Trenton, will have a 2 km or 5 km option for participants.
“Hike for Hospice is more than a walk. It’s a chance to carry someone with you- to walk in remembrance of a loved one, to celebrate a life, or to support a family going through one of life’s most difficult moments. Every step you take is a step of care, of kindness, and of connection,” said Petra Lepage, Executive Director of Hospice Quinte, in a statement.
Those who prefer to no register online will be able to do so at the event. Registration can currently be done online through the Hospice Quinte website.
May is National Hike for Hospice Month.
