The Bay of Quinte Yacht Club is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year.
The first in a series of events, will kick off Saturday in Belleville. Roughly 40 to 70 yachts from across North America are expected to participate in a parade in the Bay of Quinte starting at 2 p.m. The best place to watch will be Myers Pier.
The club will be hosting the 2026 Shark 24 World Championships from June 27th to July 2nd. The opening ceremonies will start at 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 28th. The event will feature the top sailors from across North America, Austria, and Germany.
The club’s Jubilee Day Celebration will take place September 11th-12th.
