Northumberland County and a variety of community agencies are coming together to host a Free ID and Wellness Clinic initiative.
Two clinics will take place this fall. The first one will be at Brighton’s Trinity St. Andrews United Church, on Wednesday, September 16th.
Staff will be on hand to help people without valid ID, access what they need, including health cards, and SIN numbers.
Members with the local Ontario Health Team will also be on site to help people sign up to get a family doctor, and distribute information about walk-in clinics.
