Spooky events and activities at Glanmore National Historic Site

October is full of events for the kids at Glanmore National Historic Site.

To mark Halloween, the team at the east-end Belleville museum will have spooky ghosts crafts for the kids to do on October 1st from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The night, designed for kids 14 and old, will also include a museum tour, and a glimpse of Glanmore’s Creepy Curiosities exhibit. Advanced registration is required on Glanmore’s website.

The Creepy Curiosities exhibit will be open for all visits during October.

Staff will also house a Glanmore House of Curiosities event starting at 4 p.m. on Thursday, October 15th. The event will feature music from Kris Tischbein and Halloween activities. Admission for the event will be set at a special rate. Tickets are now on sale.

Halloween night on October 31st will feature free trick-or-treating at the historic home from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
