Zwick’s Park will be quiet in Belleville today. There will be no activities or fireworks as the provincial limit on gatherings continues.
However, that hasn’t stopped the celebrations.
Belleville’s Chamber of Commerce has organized a drive-by to show support for frontline workers during the pandemic.
There will be no bands or groups walking along. Residents are strongly encouraged to stay home and watch from the comfort and safety of their front lawn, or porch. Spread the cheer by decorating your home in red and white for them to see!
The drive-by will feature roughly 20 decorated vehicles. They’ll leave the Bayview Mall at 11 am and make their way to Jane Forrester Park by noon.
